Wrex the Dawg, the 'real' junkyard pooch, is a mischievous robotic pal that will always keep you entertained. Wrex is built from discarded mechanical and electrical parts. He is the ultimate loveable 'cross-wired' pooch, despite a few loose nuts and bolts! He can roam around autonomously, but when he 'malfunctions' you'll have to reset his circuits. Requires 4 'C' batteries and 2 'AA' batteries, not included. Includes remote control. Measurements: 14.5'L x 14'H x 8.8'W.

So much fun! Kristine A. Nicholas 2010-03-10
Despite the lack of educational value, I still have to give this toy 5 stars. My son got frustrated with it at first, since it sometimes acts like a real dog and does what it wants to do, but once he realized that was what it was doing, it just added to the fun. My child plays with this almost daily, and has gotten quite a kick out of it. Being a second-grade boy, he loves that it farts and pees.
It's really a one-of-a-kind toy that is worth every cent I paid. I highly recommend it!

This Toy is Lame! USA Mom 2010-02-18
I purchased this robotic dog for my 12-year-old son as a Christmas present. He played with it for about 10 minutes and that was it - he has not touched it since. My tech-loving adult nephew tried it out for about 15 minutes and proclaimed 'this toy is lame!'. I have no issues with the seller. The dog was sent quickly and packaged securely. I'm only out the $[...] it cost so I'm not too upset. I just noticed that the price is now $[...] - yikes!
Daughters 6 and 7 received this for Christmas G. McGrail 2010-02-02
My daughters have been asking for a real dog for quite a while. Soooo...there grandmother sent them this robotic dog for Christmas this past year. They and their dad were excited about the toy for about a day. Unfortunately the dog makes strange sounds and gave my 7 year old nightmares for a while. I would not recommend this as a replacement idea for a real dog. It takes some tinkering and is quite annoying when it does work. Maybe older kids (like my husband:)) would like it but it is definatly not for young girls.

My kids have been happy with the toy dog. It is funny looking and does few tricks just that my kids use it for 20 minutes and that's it, not a toy to play for long time.

The so-called WowWee Wrex the Dawg Robotic Dog I bought is a mess. It does not walk properly and sometimes it is hard to accept command from the remote control. It makes a very annoying noise, and it is far less than what I anticipated.
